Cemtech has been established to provide a congenial space to build a better and efficient Pakistan.

Pakistan faces many challenges on different fronts and most of it emerges from inadequate short and long term planning.  So far, the decision maker’s myopic world view has made sure, that Pakistan remained a third world country. There is a lack of proper planning in almost every field, whether that is energy, manufacturing or transportation. The current aging infrastructure needs high maintenance to breathe and the future needs more large scale infrastructure projects.

The decision makers have now realized that among other areas, energy, transportation and real estate development need immediate attention. We trust, In view of the long gestation period, these industries will remain a focus for at least another decade.

In Cemtech, we believe in turning these challenges into opportunities. We see the acute energy shortage, the lack of reliable long distance transportation and the lack of genuine housing schemes, not as problems but as opportunities. We have the required resources and expertise to turn these challenges in to opportunities for the mutual benefits of Cemtech and our Clients.
Our Partners/Management/Employees have a combined experience of more than 30 years in the field of Construction, Project Management and Operation & Maintenance. They are professionally well rounded to offer engineering solutions in the fields of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical.

Our consultants provide advice on different regulatory frameworks within the country and have special expertise in advising potential investors on Pakistan’s upcoming investment opportunities and development Projects.
